Q: What are your hours of operation & baking times?

We are OPEN on ONE Sunday a year: Santa Claus Parade.

Our Baking Times* are:

*Baking Times may vary due to weather conditions & available stock.

Q: How should to store leftovers?
Walnut Cakes & Korean Pancakes can be kept in room temperature for 24 hours or refrigerated for a week or frozen for a month. We recommend placing them in plastic bags or plastic container once getting home, since they tend to dry out in our cardboard boxes & styrofoam containers.

Chun Byung do not need to be refrigerated or frozen they are best when kept in room temperature with the box tightly closed; not left in the sun or anywhere warm (since there are no additives or preservatives they will become soft if kept warm)

Madeleines can be refrigerated for to a week & or room temperature for 2-3 days.

Q: Do you have nut-free products or products that only have traces of nuts?
Our only nut-free products are our Sherbets but we can not guarantee 100% nut-free due to the close proximity of our nut based products in the store (Please ask for our staff member to exclude our Healthy Rice Powder to reduce nut traces).

Our Red Bean Pancakes have no nuts but contain traces of peanuts, since they are made on the same griddle as our Brown Sugar Pancakes that contain peanuts.

We are able to make Walnut Cakes in either Mashed Potato or Red Bean filling without nuts but they will still contain traces of walnuts and almonds since they are made on the same cast iron moulds. There are no peanuts in our Walnut Cakes, buteven with different staff members handling our products, different machines, proper training, and with our peanuts stored in a separate refrigerator we still can not Guarantee 100% Peanut-Free.

We ask our patrons to order in at least 24 hours in advance for Non-Nut Walnut Cakes.

Q: Do you have gluten-free products?
Unfortunately at this time we do not have a gluten-free alternative for our products. Our production process is all made from scratch and we use Five Rose Wheat Flour in all our products. Only Gluten-Free product we serve is our Red Bean and Fruit Sherbet. (Please ask our staff member to exclude our Healthy Rice Powder).

Q: Do you have vegetarian or vegan products?
We are 100% Vegetarian Friendly! Unfortunately, we are Not Vegan Friendly. All our Batter & Fillings are done on site from scratch & they contain Eggs, Milk and/or Butter. There is NO Meat in any of Products & the oil used is either our Canola Oil for our Korean Pancakes or the Soya Oil from the Margarine in our Batter.
